Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of canva-craft.com, including the CanvaCraft AI independent creative service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Last updated October 23, 2026.

The service

CanvaCraft AI offers image and video generation using independently connected models, alongside local design editing with text, images and shapes. Generation is available only for models shown as connected in the workspace. Subscription and credit-pack purchases are not open yet; the pricing page shows current availability. Local editing does not use generation credits. AI results vary; we do not guarantee a specific look, render time, or successful generation.

Local editor projects are saved in the current browser, separately from account-owned AI outputs. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove access to those projects. Download a project backup and exported image for important work.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require a verified email address or a linked Google account before generation is available.

Payments, credits, and refunds

Paid plans provide the credit balance shown at checkout. Generation estimates are planning estimates. Review the selected model, settings and credit quote before submitting. Credits are reserved when generation begins and settled after a successful output is stored. Confirmed failed or rejected generations release the reservation. A submission whose outcome cannot be confirmed remains reserved while it is reviewed; it is not automatically retried with another provider.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Email support@canva-craft.com from the purchasing account. Except where required by law or where we confirm a service failure, purchases with consumed credits are not refundable. Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for details.

AI inputs and outputs are private to the account by default, and completed outputs may be securely re-downloaded while they remain stored and the account remains available. This is not a promise of perpetual storage; keep your own copies of important outputs.

When purchases become available, the checkout page will identify the payment processor, available methods, price and billing interval before payment.

Your content and outputs

You retain rights in the prompts, images, video, and audio you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material solely to operate the service, including provider generation, private storage, playback, and download.

You may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects, subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party model, platform, or content terms. You are responsible for owning or obtaining rights to your inputs and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
Submit or generate sexual content involving minors, or other illegal content
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, storage, or infrastructure
Interfere with other users or with generation, payment, or authentication systems
Resell raw provider access, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer private endpoints

Intellectual property

The canva-craft.com website, branding, and original interface are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Canva, Canva Craft and other third-party model names remain the marks of their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we must do so to protect the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or generations, arising from your use of the service.
